This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about digital marketing, have a flair for creative content, and are familiar with managing social media platforms, influencer partnerships, and content creation.


Job Description:

As the Digital Marketing Manager for Apothecary At Home, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our online presence and engaging our audience. This remote, part-time position is tailored for candidates who are adept at managing social media channels, passionate about holistic health, and capable of creating and curating compelling content.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Social Media Management: Oversee Apothecary At Home's presence on major social media channels, including Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook. Develop and implement social media strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
  • Content Creation: Create, schedule, and post original and visually appealing content that showcases our products, highlights customer-generated content, and aligns with our brand identity. Avoid over-reliance on graphic design tools.
  • Audience Engagement: Actively engage with the online community, respond to comments and messages, and foster meaningful connections with our audience.
  • Influencer Partnerships: Manage a pipeline of influencer partnerships on social media and blogs. Identify and collaborate with influencers who align with our brand values and product offerings.
  • Content Sourcing: Source and curate product photos and videos, as well as customer-generated images, aligning with brand guidelines and obtaining necessary approvals from the manager.
  • Ad Campaign Management: Familiarity with Meta Ads Manager, TikTok, and Instagram Reels is highly encouraged for creating and managing paid advertising campaigns.
  • Data Analysis: Monitor and analyze the performance of digital marketing efforts, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.


Requirements:

  • Proficiency in English (both written and verbal).
  • A strong understanding of major social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook).
  • Creative content creation skills with a focus on images and videos.
  • Experience with influencer marketing and partnership management.
  • Familiarity with Meta Ads Manager, TikTok, and Instagram Reels is a plus.
  • Passion for herbal medicine and holistic health is appreciated.

Job Description:

As a Customer Service Representative at Apothecary At Home, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our customers have a seamless and delightful experience with our herbal remedy subscription service. This part-time remote position is perfect for individuals who are passionate about herbal medicine and holistic health and are proficient in managing customer inquiries and administrative tasks through platforms like Cratejoy, ShipStation, and Shopify.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Support: Respond to customer inquiries, feedback, and support tickets in a professional and timely manner, striving to resolve issues to the satisfaction of the customer.
  • Platform Management: Familiarity with Cratejoy, ShipStation, and/or Shopify is desirable, as you will manage order tracking, shipping, and subscription management tasks as needed.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of Apothecary At Home's products and services to provide accurate information and recommendations to customers.
  • English Fluency: Ensure clear and effective communication with English-speaking customers.
  • Holistic Health Interest: An appreciation for herbal medicine and holistic health is appreciated, as it will help you better relate to and assist our customer base.
  • Problem-Solving: Identify and troubleshoot customer issues effectively, providing solutions that align with company policies and customer satisfaction.
  • Feedback and Reporting: Document customer feedback, common inquiries, and issues to help improve our products and services.


Requirements:

  • Proficient in English (both written and verbal).
  • Familiarity with administrative aspects of Cratejoy, ShipStation, and/or Shopify is a plus.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities.
  • Passion for herbal medicine and holistic health is appreciated.
  • Previous customer service experience is a bonus.
